Name your event, the dates you think will work fine and whether you want to make it public or private. And VOILA! You have created an event.
Select 'Every One Can See (Even Search Engines)' if you want everyone to view & search your event,
Select 'Do Not List This Event Publicly' if you want to keep your event exclusive & private. Select the checkbox for password and enter a password which you can share with people you invite to your event page. Only those who have the password would be able to view your listing on our site.

Add event address if it's not an online event. Next, provide details about the event venue

Date & Time
This section is automatically updated from the date & time previously entered by you. If you want, you can still change these settings.
Time Zone
Select your time zone from the drop-down list. Default value would be Pacific Standard Time.
Currency
This section is automatically updated. The default value would be in USD.
Event Category
Describes the type of event you want to host. Choose your category from the dropdown list and if your category is not available then choose 'Other' as category type.
Event Topic
Further describes the type of event you want to host. Choose your event topic from the dropdown list and if your event topic is not available then choose 'Other' as topic type. This helps us to provide you effective exposure and promotion for your event.
Event Sub-Topic
This defines your event in depth. Choose your sub-topic from the dropdown list and if your sub-topic is not available then choose 'Other' as sub-topic type.
This helps us to provide you effective exposure and promotion for your event. And with this Sub-Topic categorization a ticket buyer can also search your event easily.

Define tickets types, discounts & pricing for different type of attendees.
Brief description is given below of all fields:
Ticket Type: Describes the various types of tickets you want to offer to buyers.
Total Quantity: Describes the total quantity of tickets available for purchase for your event. Generally people choose a number based on number of seating available or space available for attendees at the event venue.
Discounted Price: This is the price you want to offer through our website to buyers. This ticket price would be less than what they would pay at the door. This helps in creating urgency in ticket buyer to purchase online instead of at the event.
Price at Event: As the name suggests, this where you enter the ticket price at the event.

Click on Save & Publish to make your event live on the website.
'Public' event make’s it visible to everyone & search engines. 'Private' event allows you to select your invitee’s and make your event exclusive.
You can choose 'Save' button to just save your settings & content added by you. It would not get published or be displayed for other people. You can always come back to edit/add more information.

Write something about your event. Enter all the required info which describes your event in detail. Give information which convinces a person to buy your ticket.
Terms Define limitations or rules for each and every attendee to your event.
For example if for your event only adults are allowed, you can specify here the age limit of an attendee.

You can easily upload your Logo or any picture which expresses you or your company. You can also add information for Co-Organiser & their Logo if required.
