You need not worry. If due to internet connectivity issue or for any other reason, your booking fails but your credit or debit card is charged, then mail us the details of the transaction with the card details to support@vibingticket.com.

In case an event or show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the transaction will be refunded. Depending on the Event Organizer and bank policy, it can sometimes take up to 15 working days for the reversal to take effect.
The Event Organizer takes full responsibility in such a case, to ensure that funds are received by you.
We transfer payments received from all ticket buyers to Event Organizer on 10th, 20th and the last day of the month. 90% of the payments due are transferred to Event Organizers on these dates, as and when possible, as per our Terms of Use policy.
Final settlement is done with the Event Organizer within 17 days from the time event ends.
In case of any cancellations, the Event Organizer is wholly and solely responsible for refund process.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can also view your tickets in 'My Tickets' section on the website and the mobile app.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, an e-mail containing your ticket details will be sent to your registered email.
You would also receive a confirmation notification on your registered mobile number. This would only happen if you have shared your mobile number at the time of signup or updated it in your Account Settings.

That won’t be necessary unless made mandatory by Event Organizer. Do check the T&C of the event before attending. Normally, you only have to show your ticket QR code at the gate for faster check-in.
